Courtney Pollock, 25, of Cedar Rapids, passed away at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at the University of
Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, after a brief
illness.
Courtney was born Sept. 8, 1992.
She truly will be missed and never forgotten. She always will be alive in our hearts and minds.
She is survived by her father and mother, Dennis and Brandy Pollock; mother, Penny Pollock; two sisters, Brittany and Anthony O'Dell and Ashley and Colton Sanchez; eight nieces and nephews; great-grandmother, Dorothy Pollock; grandmother and grandfather, Penny and Art Dunham; aunt and uncle, Loretta Curtis and Bob Curtis; uncle Glen Candler and family; great aunt, Cindy Burns and family; and several other aunts and uncles and 27 cousins.
She was proceeded in death by her grandmother, Janice Pollock-Buckallew; grandfather, Earl Buckallew; grandfather, James Pickering; grandma, Barb Pickering; great-grandma, Shirley McClaine; grandfather, Larry Randall; and older sister, Brittany Pollock.
The family asks all of you to go out and do something she would enjoy and celebrate her life.
