Cooling, Mary Carolyn (Koss)
Mary Carolyn (Koss) Cooling, daughter of the late Otto Koss and Gladys (Louvar-Koss) Stahle, died Friday, June 3, 2011. A visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. June 25, 2011, at Brosh Chapel in Solon.
Mary was born Jan. 22, 1942, in Solon, Iowa. She married Dallas Myron Cooling of Solon on June 20, 1959.
She is survived by her husband, her children, Randy (Laura), Rhonda (David) Murphy, Richard (Teresa), Ron, Ray (Connie) and Ross; her sisters, Joyce Cooling, Delores Kuch and Shirley Jacobsen; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Dallas Cooling, P.O. Box 192, Solon, IA 52333.
