Connie Trout, 65, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Friday, June 18, 2021, at her home. Visitation: 10 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, Iowa, with a funeral service to immediately follow at noon at the funeral home.
Connie was born Aug. 25, 1955. She was the daughter of Charles and Betty (Holly) Edaburn. Connie graduated from Kennedy High School. She married Terry Lee Trout in December of 1977, in Center Point, Iowa and worked as a pharmacy tech until her retirement in 2018. Connie was a member of Cedar Hills Community Church. She loved her grandchildren dearly and spent a lot of time with them.
Survivors include her sons, Jason Trout of Decorah, Matt (Keeli) Trout of Cedar Rapids and Cory Trout of Hiawatha; siblings, Barb Koenen, Lori Ohlhauser and Debbie Sirowy; and grandchildren, Rowan, Saer, Skylea, Liliana, Willow, Hayleigh, Jaida, Aydra and Brielle.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty; husband, Terry; brother, Curt Martens; and grandchild, Matt C. Trout II.
