Connie Ann Nielsen, 70, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018. A private service and burial will be held in Springville.
She is survived by four siblings.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Nielsen, and her parents.
Connie was born Aug. 14, 1948, to Duane and Dorothy Ozburn. She worked at the Linn County Care Facility from 1974 to 1999. She was married to Gary in 1979 until his death in 1999.
