Robert "Jake" W. Collum, 84, died Jan. 6, 2014, at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab
Center following a short
illness. Funeral services will be at St. Michael's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, with Deacon Joe Behounek presiding. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, with a Scripture service at 6:30 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Dorthea; sons, Bradley of Sheldon and Terry of Belle Plaine; daughter, Sandra (Robert) Ohlhauser of Cedar Rapids; stepson, Troy Park of Vinton; brother, Don (Rose) Collum of Cedar Falls; sisters, Mary E. (Vernon) Blomme and Nancy (Chuck) Eichhorn of Belle Plaine; and numerous grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
