Cole, Vera M.
Vera M. Cole, 80, of Manchester, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Memorial Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Manchester, with the Rev. Mike Druhl officiating. Inurnment: Greenwood Cemetery, Masonville, Iowa. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and one hour before services Thursday.
Survivors include her four children, Daryl (friend, Val) Cole of Hopkinton, Delpha (Jamie) Ostrander of Manchester, Allen “Porkchop” (Fiorella) Cole of Turner Valley, Alberta, Canada, and Arlyn Cole of Manchester; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Ronald (Ervine) Nelson of Portland, Ore., Doug (Jerri) Nelson of Charles City, and Janet Cords of Delhi.
