Cline, David G.
David G. Cline, 65, of Tama, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009, at the Marshalltown Medical Center. A funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Tama. Interment, with military rites, will be at Calvary Cemetery in Victor. Visitation, with the family present, will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the church, with a Scripture service at 5 p.m.
David is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patti Cline of Tama; his children, Dr. David “Scotty” (Kris) Cline of Minneapolis, Dana (Dr. Scott) Palmer of De Witt and Andrea (Greg) Floyd of Montezuma; three grandchildren, Morgan Palmer, Archer and Thomas Cline; his father, Manus (special friend Lucille Simpson) Cline of Grinnell; and his siblings, Pauline (Mike) DePauw and Darlene Read, both of Brooklyn, Iowa, Glen (Becky) Cline of Tama, Mary (Tom) Doyle of Toledo, Denise (Mike) Kurovski of Ankeny and Karen (Steve) Renbarger of Grinnell.
