Cliff passed on Dec. 11, 2023, in Centra Care Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
He was born on Oct. 22, 1954 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Clifford and Anna Ree (Huffman) Kelley.
Cliff was a graduate of Cedar Rapids Jefferson class of 73 . He was employed by FMC Link Belt Speeder in Cedar Rapids, until their closing. He was married to Burdell Siemers on Oct. 4, 1980 in Lisbon, Iowa. They made their home in Big Lake, Minn. He retired in 2021 from Cargill in Monticello, Minn.
Surviving him is his wife Burdell and his sister Pat Glenn. He had great love for Preston and Noah Odden who called him "Grandpa", and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sandra Phelps.
He will be so missed by those who loved him. Until we meet again.
