CLEMENT DERMODY

Clement Dermody passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014, at Mercy Iowa City at the age of 98 years.
He is survived by three sons, James Dermody of Amana and Larry (Mary) Dermody and Pat (Sheryl) Dermody, both of Parnell; a daughter, Diane (Doug) Rowe of Conroy; a brother, Arthur (Marietta) Dermody of Williamsburg; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Blanche; grandson, Justin Rowe; and three sisters, Mary Anderlik, Margaret Eichhorst and Bernice Skarbek.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Williamsburg. Father Joseph Roost will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Holbrook. Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 7 p.m., with a rosary and prayer service at 3 p.m., at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
Memorials may be given to Friends of Old St. Michael's.
