MANCHESTER - Lavina A. Claus, 87, of Manchester, died Oct. 9, 2010, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at. St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Dick Gaul officiating. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Manchester, where there will be a 6 p.m. wake service. Additional visitation: one hour before services at the church on Wednesday. Burial: St. Mary Cemetery, Manchester.
Lavina is survived by two children, Carolyn (Ken) Milroy of Manchester and Barbara (David) Reth of Delhi; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Vincent Keegan; and two sisters, M. Veronica Kester and Catherine (George) McCusker.
Lavina was preceded in death by her husband, LaVern Claus; her parents, James and Mary Keegan; a sister, Rita Keegan; and a brother-in-law, Francis Kester.
