Clarke, Pamela Anne
Pamela Anne Clarke of Gassville, Ark., died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at her residence at the age of 60. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 20, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. A graveside service will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Pamela was born Jan. 10, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Charles Doyle and Lola Mae Mitchell Phillips. She graduated from Linn-Mar High School in 1968. She married Loyal A. Clarke on April 16, 1983, in Cedar Rapids, and worked as a Real Estate closer. Pamela lived in Gassville, Ark., since 2002, moving from Long Beach, Miss. She loved and enjoyed her children and grandchildren.
Pamela is survived by her husband, Loyal Clarke of Gassville, Ark.; a daughter, Michelle Allen of Long Beach, Miss.; two sons, Michael (LeAnn) McAfee of Misawa, Japan, and Christian (Traci) Clarke of Marion; her father; Charles D. Phillips of Burleson, Texas; a brother, Charles L. Phillips of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren; Jestin and Hailey Allen, Michael and Kaley McAfee and Gage and Taryn Clarke; and special friends, Burt and Brenda Cannon of Mountain Home, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
