Clark, Alfred William
Alfred William Clark, 51, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at home. A memorial service will be held at a later date, with the Rev. William Perkins officiating.
Alfred is survived by his wife, Laurel Jo Clark (Brooks); three children, Tabitha Clark, Alexandria Brooks and Alyssa Collier, all of Cedar Rapids; his stepfather, Gil Lovik; brother, Ron (Pam) Clark of Puxico, Mo.; and three grandchildren, Alyssa Valley, Amaya Grant and Derryk Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Alfred William Clark was born March 12, 1960, to Leland William and Darlene Jewell (Stockman) Clark in Oelwein, Iowa. He married Laurel Jo Brooks on March 26, 2011, in Cedar Rapids. Alfred worked at Kenwood Records Management and enjoyed fishing, photography, camping, target shooting, hunting, and rock collecting. He also loved to spend time with his family.
He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to friends, neighbors, their Bethel friends, hospice, and close friend Jeff Vandee.
