Chuck E. Wilcox, 60, of Anamosa, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, from complications of a heart attack. Memorial services: noon Monday, Jan. 25, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. to noon before the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date at Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.
Survivors include his wife, Amy of Anamosa; two sons, Tim (Heather) Wilcox of Marion and Tom (Michelle) Wilcox of Fort Riley, Kan.; and six grandchildren, Addyson, Noah, Avyanah, Lucas, Selah and Gabriel and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Chuck was born Nov. 7, 1955, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Charles and Patricia (Skelton) Wilcox. He was employed at Rockwell Collins for over 35 years, retiring in 2013.
