Christopherson, Adam J.

Adam J. Christopherson, 38, of Marion, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, at the Decorah Lutheran Church, with Pastor Bryan Robertson officiating. Burial will be at Big Canoe Lutheran Cemetery, rural Decorah. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah, with a Sharing of Memories Tribute at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday after 9:30 a.m. at the church, one hour before services.

He is survived by his wife, Jen Christopherson of Marion; two sons, Ethan and Fynn Christopherson; his parents, John and Linda Christopherson of Decorah; two sisters, Carmen (Devin) Johnson of Decorah and Robyn (Mark) Aiels of Cedar Rapids; one nephew and three nieces, Jace and Emma Johnson and Cora and Lucy Aiels; two grandmothers, Charlotte Strinmoen and Lucille Smock of Decorah; his father- and mother-in-law, Johnny and Nancy Dodge of Independence; a sister-in-law, Angela Dodge-Bolseth (Ron) of Littleton, Colo.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
