She was preceded in death by her brother, Nicholas, in infancy; and her grandfathers, LeRoy Ballard Sr. and Donald Klenk.
Christine Louise Ballard was born Aug. 28, 1994, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Bill Ballard and Lori Klenk Ballard. She graduated from Benton Community High School with the class of 2012. She had been employed by DJ's C Store in Norway and most recently was a CNA employed with Colonial Manor of Amana.
Christine had been active in 4-H and FFA. She enjoyed showing her rabbits, goats and chickens at the fairs. She attended the Old Threshers Reunion in Mount Pleasant, where she loved helping her dad and brother, Scott, show gas engines.
It was her greatest joy to be "auntie" to Troy, Trevor and Alyce, and she will always be "Daddy's Little Girl." She especially liked to spend time with her best friends.
