Christina Marie Saylor, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, April 17, 2015. Services: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Craig Brown. Friends may visit with the family at the church on
Wednesday after 9:30 a.m.
Christina is survived by a daughter, Macie Saylor of Cedar Rapids; her mother and stepfather, Cynthia and John Armbruster of Cedar Rapids; her father and stepmother, Mark and Charlotte Saylor of Carthage, Mo.; a brother, Matthew Saylor of Cedar Rapids; her maternal grandparents, Merle and Karen Miskimins of Ottumwa; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank and Jane Saylor; and her aunt, Tammie Miskimins.
Christina was born Sept. 13, 1977, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Mark and Cynthia Miskimins Saylor, and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1997. She was an employee of the Thomas R. Cardella Co. and was a member of First Lutheran Church.
Christina enjoyed riding her bicycle, quad running, swimming and especially cuddling with her daughter.
She will always be remembered as being very sociable and for never meeting a stranger.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
