Jeff Alan Chposky, 55, died March 25, 2012, at Woodward Resource Center in Woodward, Iowa. Jeff wishes were to be cremated and memorial services will be planned at a later date.
Jeff was born April 6, 1956, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Mildred (Schoon) and George Chposky. Jeff grew up in Cedar Rapids. Jeff loved his family, music and outdoors and was kind to everyone.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Jeff is survived by two sisters, Jill (Donn) Slife of Central City and Jann Chposky of Cedar Rapids; niece, Carly (Casey) Fleming of Cedar Rapids; great-nephew, Jesse Fleming of Iowa City; and great-niece, Emma Fleming of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and George Chposky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Opportunity Village, PO Box 622, Clear Lake, IA 50428 in Jeff's name.
