Chmielewski, Julie Ann (Dvorak)
Julie Ann (Dvorak) Chmielewski, 45, of Cary, Ill., formerly of Clutier, passed away peacefully of scleroderma on June 5, 2013, at JourneyCare Hospice in Barrington, Ill. Mass of Christian Burial: 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 10, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Belle Plaine, with the Rev. Michael Mescher as celebrant, assisted by her uncle, Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial: Holy Trinity Cemetery.
She is survived by husband, Steve; parents, Joe and Connie (Behounek) Dvorak of Clutier; siblings, Jill (Bill) Zouras of Downers Grove, Ill., Gina (Marty) Magnussen of Marion, Joy (Nate) Severin of Marion, Jay (Jennifer) Dvorak of Clutier and Jayne Dvorak of Marion; and nine nieces and nephews.
