Cheryl A. Figueroa (Rhoades, Sovers), formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023, in Oakdale, Calif., at the age of 65.
Cheryl was the daughter of Robert Sovers and Mildred (Neuzil) Sovers. Her family includes her children, Desiree Wilkinson, Veronica Rhoades and Andrew Rhoades; seven beautiful grandchildren; and siblings, Donna Jondle, Vicki Dean, Robbie Sovers and Gary Sovers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eldest brother, David Sovers and an infant brother.
A memorial celebration will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 23, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3000 12th Ave., Coralville, Iowa. Family and friends are invited for fellowship and refreshments following the service at the church.
