Charlotte A. Mensen, 88, of Earlville, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at the Good Neighbor Home, Manchester. Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, March 6, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Earlville. The family will greet friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Earlville, and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Earlville.
She is survived by her children, Bob (Georgina) Mensen of New Vienna, Rosie (Jerry) Moorman of Manchester, Dave (Karen) Mensen of Delhi, Brenda (Phil) Luensmann of Salida, Colo., and Mark (Cindy) Mensen of Earlville; two sisters, Esther Lechtenberg and Margie Reinert, both of Edgewood; three sisters-in-law, Ida Funke and Lou Mae Funke, both of Manchester, and Doris Funke of Edgewood; brother-in-law, Laverne (Janice) Mensen of Petersburg; 17 grandchildren; three stepgrand-children; 29 great-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.
