Charlie Blackburn, 57, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at his residence following a sudden illness. Funeral
services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, with David Condry officiating. Interment will be held at Maplewood Cemetery in Vinton. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund will be established.
