Charles R. Meyer, 85, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017.
He is survived by one son, Jamie; daughter-in-law, Krys; three grandchildren, all of Palm Harbor, Fla.; one sister, Ruthie Hartwig of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna; his parents; and one sister, Evelyn Schminkey.
Services will be Friday at United Methodist Church in Savanna.
A Navy veteran of the Korean War, he will be buried in Savanna with military rites.
