CHARLES "CHUCK" DALE SIMMONS

Charles "Chuck" Dale Simmons, 90, of Manchester, passed away Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, at the Elkader Care Center.
Survivors include his two daughters, Sharon (Ron) Morocco of Okoboji and JoAnn (Tom) Shelly of Fort Dodge; and a special friend, Berdina Bell of Elkader.
The family requests memorials be directed to St. Croix Hospice of Strawberry Point.

Visitation: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Funeral service with military honors: 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kurt Pasko officiating. Interment: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
