Charlene Ann Stallman, 73, of Fairfax, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family and friends on Friday, April 4, 2014. Visitation is tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 7, at Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel in Cedar Rapids, with a service tentatively scheduled for Tuesday. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel, Cedar Rapids, is assisting the family.
