Chad N. Courtney, 38, lifelong resident of this area, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Services celebrating Chad's life will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, where there will be a time of visitation from 1 p.m. until services and then again following services on Sunday. Private family graveside services will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Chad's memory.
