Cecilia T. Collins, 80, formerly of Dubuque and Walford, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Colonial Manor of Amana. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Rd., Dubuque. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Raphael Cathedral, Dubuque. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Dubuque.
Included in the survivors are a daughter, Kelly (Jeff) Pottebaum of Walford; and three granddaughters, Carolyn, Colleen and Catherine Pottebaum.
