Casteel, Robert Kent
Robert Kent Casteel, 85, of North English, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at the English Valley Care Center in North English.
He is survived by his wife Ethel of North English; 3 daughters: Maxine (Armel) MacDonald, Marilyn (Jeff) Romine and Mariann Casteel Gibson; 6 grandchildren: Doug MacDonald, Heidi (Tony) Zanussi, Brian (Anne) Romine, Amanda (Matt) Meeker, Melaina Gibson and Trey Gibson.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North English. Pastor Ben Wilson will officiate. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home with a Masonic Service at 6 p.m. Burial will be in the North English Cemetery at a later date. A general memorial fund has been established. Messages and tributes may be left at under obituaries.
