Casey Supple, 55, died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, in Tucson, Ariz., following a sudden illness. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Hopkinton. Father Paul Baldwin will officiate at the services. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church. Visitation will resume after 9:30 a.m. Saturday until service time. Goettsch Funeral Home has taken Casey into their care.

Surviving are three daughters, Brittney Supple, Arlington, Texas, Allison Supple, Cresco, and Carly Supple, Salt Lake City, Utah; a granddaughter, Ameera; his mother, Doris Noel, Anamosa; and five siblings, Christine Richter and Carrie Supple, Hopkinton, Mark Supple, Marion, Tricia (Jim) Manson, Earlville, and Scott (Kris) Supple, Hopkinton.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus, in 1991.
Casey Christopher Supple was born May 14, 1962, at Manchester, Iowa. He was the son of Marcus and Doris Gibson Supple. Casey graduated from Maquoketa Valley schools in 1980. He then attended DeVries Technical Institute in Phoenix, Ariz., for electronics technology. He was employed at Energy Manufacturing in Monticello from 1986 until 1990. From 1990 until 1993, he returned to Hopkinton to work with his father at Johnson Feed Mill. Casey married Laure Besler on April 12, 1985. Three children were born to this marriage. The couple later divorced. Casey started working at Farm Tek in Hopkinton in 1996 and transferred with them when they moved to Dyersville. He was a supervisor in the shipping department before he retired in 2014. Casey had become a resident of Tucson in 2016.
Casey was a musician in his spare time and loved sports, especially the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Dallas Cowboys.
