Carter, Kenneth 'Jim' J.
Kenneth “Jim” J. Carter, 74, of Harpers Ferry, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wis. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25, at Martin Funeral Home in Waukon. Burial will be held at a later date in Mays Prairie Cemetery, rural Lansing. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Carter of Harpers Ferry; three daughters, Nancy Carter of Des Moines, Diana (Dennis) Clubine of Hudson and Karen (Erin) Yauslin of West Union; and a brother, Rex Carter of Cedar Rapids.
