Carter, Judith (Judy) P. Rockwell
Judith (Judy) P. Rockwell Carter, 74, of St. Peters, Mo., formerly of Belle Plaine, died Saturday, March 10, 2013, at her home following a long illness. Memorial Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Belle Plaine's Christ United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held one hour before the service Friday at the church. She will be laid to rest at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Belle Plaine. Fellowship following her graveside service will held at Christ United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, John; two children, Rebecca Stone (John) and Roberta Sheda (Tom); three grandchildren, Ashley Sheda (Nick Penry), Andrew Sheda and Mitch Stone; and four great-grandchildren, Joey, Jacob and Aden Penry and Braden Sheda.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents.
