Carter, Bobbie
Bobbie Carter, born Sept. 4, 1945, died March 6,2012, in Cedar Rapids.
The daughter of Isam and Lucy Broadnax, Bobbie married Willie L. Carter, who survives. She was a nurse.
Also surviving are her kids, Greg McGrew, Corey Black, Micheal Carter and Rosalynn Carter; sisters, Hannah, Christine, Mary, Barbara and Inez; and brothers, Charles, Authourly, Willie, Isaac and Quentine.
She was preceded in death by her kids, Rodney and Joyce McGrew and Toni Black.
She was the best mom, grandma, aunt and friend a person could have. She always had time for you. She loved life itself and shared happiness with others with open arms.
