Carson, Betty J.
Betty J. Carson, 86, of 1410 32nd St. NE, Cedar Rapids, died Monday, April 2, 2012, at Hallmar at Mercy after a long illness. Per Betty's request, there will be no visitation or service. Inurnment at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories Mausoleum Columbarium. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include three nephews, Robert (Mona) Paul of Cedar Rapids, Donald (Sandra) Paul of Des Moines, and Doug (Donna) Paul of Alabaster, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; a son, Ronnie; one brother, Hal; and two sisters, Maxine and Jenna.
Betty was born on July 16, 1925, the daughter of Luther and Della Everett. She was a homemaker. Betty enjoyed time with her family and will be missed.
