Carrie Ann (West) Fitkin, 65, died after a courageous battle with MSA on June 30, 2023.
On July 5, her Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. at New Life Community Church in Marion, Iowa.
Her family is especially grateful for the support her church provided Carrie during her illness. In lieu of flowers, Carrie requested donations be given to New Life Church (giving@newlifecr.com) or www.multiplesystematrophy.org.
