Carolyn Engrav, 75, of Iowa City, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 15, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
Carolyn was born Oct. 23, 1941, the daughter of Bernard and Betty (Jensen) Mathias. Carolyn worked as an RN at the University of Iowa, loved to read, and enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren participate in all their events.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; son, Greg; an infant daughter, Dana; and grandson, Zach.
Left to cherish Carolyn's memories are her children, Debra (Jeff) O'Connell-Moore and Deanna (Rob) Engrav; grandchildren, Michael (Jerica), Zach, Alex, Dakota, Lexi, Nate and Caden; and great-grandchildren, Judah and Journey.
