Carolyn Diane Wibe, 53, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 pm at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Derek Wibe; children, Lauren Wibe (Connor) of Huntsville, AL and Dean Wibe (Justin) of Columbia, MO; sisters Susan Pytleski (John) of Estherville, IA and Pam McDermott (Rob) of Rochester, NY; father-in-law Thomas Wibe of Cedar Rapids, IA; sisters-in-law Melissa Zars of Columbia, MO and Tonya Wibe (Adam) of Woodridge, IL; and her 7 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her best friend Lisa Palm, mother-in-law Joyce Wibe, and brother-in-law Troy Zars.
Carolyn Diane Harms was born April 20, 1970, in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Dwayne & Phyllis (Bode) Harms. On November 25, 1995, she married Derek Wibe in Cedar Falls, IA.
