CAROLE ANN RIBBLE North Liberty Carole Ann Ribble, 70, passed away gracefully on Sunday morning, Dec. 13, 2015, after a long illness in Mesa, Ariz., with family. Carole was born on March 10, 1945, in Hot Springs, S.D. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Clara Boehnlein. She is survived by her sister, Linda Haberstroh; and great-aunt, Dot Weihe of Rapid City, S.D.; her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Dan Bernacki of North Liberty; her son, Bruce Ribble of Swisher; 10 grandchildren, Caycee Ribble and Caytie Ribble of Cedar Rapids, Nate (Danette) Bernacki of Swisher, Jordan (Caylene) Bernacki of Amana, Dustin (Jenn) Bernacki of Solon and Brianne (Brad) Cummins of North Liberty; and eight great-grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Ashley, Haley and Alyvia Bernacki, Violet Ribble and Peyton and Greyson Cummins. Her children were her greatest joy and treasure. Carole was a wonderful woman and touched so many lives, her tender and caring nature was always a delight. Carole loved to read and study her Bible, she loved her many animals and enjoyed her many friends. She was blessed to have so many wonderful friends. We were blessed to have her in our lives. "Death could not erase her. She is permanent."
