CAROL JEANNE (MARTIN) JONDLE

Carol Jeanne (Martin) Jondle, 70, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness.
Funeral services will begin Thursday at 2 p.m. at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family kindly requests memorials to the Carol J. Jondle Memorial Fund.
Carol is survived by her husband, Gary; her son, Nathan (Meagan) Jondle of Lone Tree, Iowa; her daughter, Katie (Mike) Thoma of New Berlin, Wis.; six grandchildren, Caden, Colton, Maddox, Benjamin, Emma and Nicholas; her brothers, Dennis (Corky) Martin of Wellman, Iowa, Charles (Vicki) Martin of Cedar Valley, Iowa, and Larry (Mary) Martin of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; a sister, Melba Lyvers of Iowa City, Iowa; brothers-in-law, Richard (Donna) Jondle of Oakdale, Iowa, and Larry Jondle of Brush, Colo.; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
