Carol C. Hansen, 70, of Marion, died Sunday, April 3, 2016. Services: 3 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Roger; her son, Brian Whorton of Marion; her stepchildren, Heidi Hansen of Oklahoma, Adam Hansen of Arizona and Eric Waln of Illinois; and her siblings, Joan Davis of Center Point, Joyce Pfeffer of Tennessee and Chris Chrisman of Center Point.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jim Butler.
Carol was born Dec. 28, 1945, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Clifford and Nora Chrisman. She married Roger Hansen on June 14, 1990, in Oklahoma. Carol worked for General Mills and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed flower gardens and sewing. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
