Carol Candler, 69, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital. A celebration of life gathering will be from 10 a.m. to service time beginning at 11:30 a.m. at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017. Graveside services will follow in Rogers Grove Cemetery near Ely.
Carol was born July 23, 1947, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Walter and Anne (Zach) Candler.
Carol is survived by her brother, Ken (Carla) Candler of Arizona; and nieces, Kate Candler of Arizona and Carey Barta of Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
