Carmen Stevens, 31, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, July 17, 2017, at her home. Funeral service: 11 a.m. Monday, July 24, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. A visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 23, at Cedar Memorial Chapel Stateroom. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
