CARLA JEAN DROLL KLEIN
Lemon Grove, Calif.
Carla Jean Droll Klein, 66, of Lemon Grove, Calif., formerly of Iowa City, Iowa, passed away Feb. 3, 2022, at Sharp-Grossmont Hospital in San Diego, Calif., following a sudden illness.
Visitation will be held
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 26, at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, 605 Kirkwood Ave., Iowa City, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center.
She is survived by her siblings, Roxann Droll of Iowa City, Iowa, Jody Thomas of Iowa City, Iowa, and Chuck Klein (Tom Swank) of San Diego, Calif.; two nieces, Keely (Nick) Lepa and Lindsay (Ryan) Quigley, both of Iowa City, Iowa; and nephew, Chad Stacey of North Liberty, Iowa.
Carla was preceded in death by her parents.
