Caraway, Carrie E.
Carrie E. Caraway, 99, of Anamosa, died Thursday morning, Feb. 14, 2013, at the Anamosa Care Center. A celebration of Carrie's life will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held before the service Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Monmouth, Iowa Cemetery.
Those left to honor Carrie's memory include her children, Donald (Rose) Caraway of Cedar Rapids, Clara Oberman of Clinton, Shirley Langhurst of Cedar Rapids, James Caraway of Marion, Jack (Badrieh) Caraway of LaVerne, Calif., Judy (Ken) Braswell of Shreveport, La., Anna Mae (Larry) Schmoekel of Columbia City, Ind., and Mona (Mike) Knadle of Watertown, S.D.; 26 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
