Campbell, Mitchell Franklin
Mitchell Franklin Campbell died Sunday, May 5, 2013, at his home in North English, after a long battle with cancer, at the age of 84 years. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. The Rev. Gary Sears will officiate. Burial will be in the Garrison Cemetery, rural Garrison, Iowa at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
A memorial fund has been established for the English Valley Care Center, North English and Iowa Hospice.

He is survived by his wife, Emma Mae of North English; three sons, Duaine (Lori) Campbell of North English, Dayle (Kelli) Campbell of Hamilton, Ohio and Darrell (Emily) Campbell of Homestead; six grandchildren, Dustin Campbell, Lindsay (Stu) Plecker, Jacob and Alex Campbell and Carly and Cady Campbell; a great-granddaughter, Emma Lynn Plecker; and a sister, Norma Jordan of Robins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Nathan Campbell.
