Gerald Byerly, 89, formerly of Deep River, passed away Saturday morning, April 13, 2013, at the Brooklyn Community Estates in Brooklyn.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at the Holland-Coble Funeral Home in Montezuma. Burial will be held at Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery in Brooklyn. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 15,
2013, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Poweshiek Animal League Shelter (PALS) or Midwest Ambulance.
