Burrack, Mildred L.

Mildred L. Burrack, 94, of Strawberry Point, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo of a sudden illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point with the Rev. Jason Cooper officiating. Visitation will be today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home in Strawberry Point and one hour before services Friday at the church. Burial will be in Strawberry Point Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Collins of Laguna Woods, Calif., and Karen (Paul) Stine of Shell Knob, Mo.; one son, Dale (Sandy) McKiney of Waterloo; stepdaughter, Dixie (Dave) Ghormley of Waverly; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Marion Kehoe of Fayette.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Harold McKiney and Roland Burrack; a son, Jerald McKiney in infancy; a daughter, Janice Bachtell; two sons-in-law, Robert (Bob) Loomis and Leon (Gus) Bachtell; a granddaughter, Debra Loomis; and a brother, Ralph Wegner.

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to the Strawberry Point Lutheran Home.
