Bunn Sr., Gary A.
Gary A. Bunn Sr., 55, of Marengo, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, in Desanzano, Italy, after a sudden illness. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 24, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with the Rev. Katie Z. Dawson officiating. Burial will be in Marengo Cemetery, with military honors. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He is survived by his son, Gary Bunn Jr. (fiancee Laura Vannetti) of Aviano, Italy; his daughter, Andre' Holsomback (Bob) of Davenport; three grandchildren, Noble and Anna Bunn and Jaden Bunn; his mother, Ardis Bunn of Marengo; two brothers, Richard of Victor and Larry of West Amana; and two sisters, Linda Schmidt of Williamsburg and Megen Bunn of Altoona.
He was preceded in death by his father, Noble Bunn; his wife, Lucy in 2007; a brother, David; and a brother, Kenneth in infancy.
A memorial fund has been established.
