Bryan, Jill M.
Jill M. Bryan, a resident of Grayslake, Ill., passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at the age of 57.
She was born Oct. 20, 1954, in Manchester, Iowa, to Francis and Florence Hoag. Jill was married to William J. Bryan on Aug. 12, 1978. Widowed when her children were very young, Jill was a loving mother to Maggie and Andrew. Jill was a dedicated employee of Kemper Insurance for 25 years, faithful member of Wildwood Presbyterian Church in Grayslake, and trusted friend to many. A strong, independent woman, Jill faced an aggressive cancer with courage and grace.
She is survived by her children, Maggie and Andrew Bryan; her father, Francis Hoag; her brothers, Jacob Hoag and Donn DeShayne; and her mother-in-law, Thelma Bryan.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Hoag; and her husband, William Bryan.
A visitation is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 20, from 3 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 4 p.m. at Wildwood Presbyterian Church, 18630 W. Old Gages Lake Rd., Grayslake, Ill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wildwood Presbyterian Church.
