Dr. Bruce E. "Doc" Baxter, 83, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at his home in Van Horne, following a sudden illness. Memorial services and flag presentation will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 11, at Phillips Funeral Home in Keystone, with the Rev. Kevin Fiedler officiating. Private family interment will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
