BRUCE ANGELL Cedar Rapids Bruce E. Angell, 53, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at his home. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, with a celebration of life service at 7 p.m. Entombment: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Survivors include his father, Elmo Angell of Cedar Rapids; siblings, Tina (Kirk) Olson of Newberg, Ore., Teri Moore of Carrollton, Texas, Kent (Diana) Angell of Cedarville, Ill., Brenda Angell of Cedar Rapids, Linda (David) Millbach of Marion and Carol (Jayson Hebdon) Angell of Robins; nieces and nephews, Katrina Corwin, Matthew Corwin, Jennifer Harnish, Brittany Angell, Ryan Angell, Jill Zaiser and Sara Zaiser; and his dog, Sam. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Angell; and grandparents, Clyde and Florine Angell and Glenn and Olive Klote. Bruce was born Dec. 20, 1961, in Rock Island, Ill., son of Elmo and Mary (Klote) Angell. He owned and operated Bruce Angell Paint and Repair. Bruce was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed his family, friends, tropical fish, plants and he loved his home. Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
