Julia Elizabeth Ryan Brown of Iowa City passed peacefully Monday, April 22, 2013, at Mercy Iowa City surrounded by loved ones. A gathering for all friends and family will be on at 6 p.m. Friday, April 26, at the Eagles Lodge in Iowa City. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.
